Instructions for Use

1. Open Jaws: Crimp the tool handle to open the front panel jaws.

3. Align Tapes: Center both carrier tapes (cover tape up) on the pins and secure them with the clamps.

4. Connect Tapes: Crimp the handle to connect the carrier tapes securely.

5. Complete Splice: Add a splice tape strip to the cover tape and press firmly to complete the splice.
